In this three-week series of classes, you’ll learn:

How to get away if an attacker grabs you body
What to do if someone gets you down on the ground

How to strike safely so you don’t hurt yourself
Effective submissions to disable an attacker
Where to hit an attacker to disable them quickly
Techniques include a mix of Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, American Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This is for all skill levels. No experience necessary.

Queer Coffee Monthly Meetup
Queer coffee takes place on the 3rd Sunday of each month from noon-2p at Uncommon Coffee in Essex. Stop in or stay for a while and chat and make new connections with folks across the LGBTQIA+ community.
This event is suitable for all ages, in fact, we welcome those with children, as we always have crafts and activities for all to engage in!
